Suntsu New Clock-Free Silicon Oscillators

April 21, 2022

Introducing Suntsu Electronics’ latest Clock-Free oscillators with advanced silicon technology.

While traditional oscillators require a clock source like quartz or MEMS to achieve output frequencies, these clock-free silicon oscillators are built to attain extremely dependable clock under harsh and high vibration environments without having to use quartz or MEMs.

These oscillators have built-in frequency synthesis and temperature sensors that can produce frequency ranges from 10kHz to 350MHz, with a frequency stability of +/-50ppm over -40 to 85°C. The LDO and filter circuit increases power supply noise suppression which results in low jitter performance.

With flexible frequency configuration and output logistics, the clock-free oscillators require comparatively shorter production times, critical for supply chain continuity.

The silicon oscillators can be used in Automotive Electronics, Ethernet, Intelligent Terminal, Consumer Electronics and Communication Equipment applications.

Key features of the Clock-Free Silicon Oscillators:
• Frequency ranges from 10kHz to 350MHz.
• Supply voltages of 1.8~3.3V.
• Output logics of CMOS, LVDS, and LVPECL.
• Frequency Stability of ±50ppm over -40~85°C.
• Small form factor of 3.2 x 2.5mm.
• Quick Turn.
• Great performance in high vibration environments.
