Mill-Max推出新型双排预接线SLC连接器

介绍Mill-Max的新型双排预接线连接器，包括弹簧式和目标型。这些产品采用高质量Mill-Max销，方便使用8英寸猪尾巴，以适应各种应用。
新的双排连接器889-22-0XX-70-501010（弹簧加载）和889-10-0XX-70-502010（目标）补充了Mill-Max现有的单排预接线产品，在方便的包装中提供了多种接线选项。这种连接器消除了将电线压接至组装连接器的过程，并可以取代缓慢费力的压接和戳式连接器，这有助于节省成本。
弹簧加载连接器和目标连接器都有4-20个位置，可用于多种电线终端应用。开放式导线具有灵活的终端可能性，如焊接、压接、拼接或连接到接线板。889系列采用了可靠的Mill Max弹簧负载引脚，适用于电池充电、低功耗传输和快速连接。
连接器的主要特点是：
- 100“（2.54 mm）中心的精密加工镀金销，连接器外壳由高温热塑性塑料模制而成
- 弹簧销的最大行程为0.55英寸（1.4毫米），而目标连接器的配合面无毛刺
- 8“（203 mm）长的电线是符合UL1007的24 AWG绞合导线，具有黑色PVC绝缘和7/32绞合
- 如果向导线施加拉力，销内的正止动块可防止销移位
- 根据M22520/1-01，使用8点压接工具实现电线压接，确保获得适当的拉伸保持力
