GLOBAL DISTRIBUTOR OF HIRSCHMANN – SKS KONTAKTTECHNIK
This legacy name, Hirschmann, has a long history of acquisition that resulted in a separate ownership of the brand and differing range of products today. Today, different divisions of the Hirschmann brand operate as separate entities with a different range of products.
In July 2006, SKS Kontakttechnik GmbH acquired Hirschmann’s Test and Measurement division and allowed it to own all Hirschmann Test and Measurement products. Named as Hirschmann Test and Measurement today, it provides a range of safety measuring leads and test accessories.
Under the ‘Hirschmann’ legacy name, a separate entity under the Belden Group offers connectors and ethernet products for the industrial market.
Test Probes
Hirschmann’s range of products offers you the right Test Probe for manual fieldwork and in electronics – whether you need to penetrate oxidation layers, establish contact with sensitive components or robust test specimens. The slim structure in particular, makes the testing of wiring systems much easier.
Plugs
Hirschmann Plugs are widely used in industrial research and development. Plugs are offered in different contacts and connection systems that are suitable for assembling of measuring leads.
Sockets
Available in various colours and types, the reliable Hirschmann Sockets and couplings provide quick and uncomplicated connections of measuring leads and plugs in devices, covers or panels and can be used for setting up circuits. The sockets are available as built-in and press-in sockets.
Measuring Leads
Hirschmann Measuring Leads are made of finely stranded copper wires and high elastic insulation materials. Hirschman’s Measuring Leads are flexible, durable and capable of handling heavy loads. It can be used for testing devices, testing media or for machine-mounted accessories.
Crocodile Clips
Hirschmann’s Crocodile Clips have the right opening width to grip and are used whenever electrical contact is requested. The Crocodile Clips include MICRO-SMD CLIP for two-pole testing of the smallest surface-mounted components or "big mouth" Crocodile Clips with opening width up to 30mm.
