在接近感应功能中,通常存在双线接口。任何带有门或盖的应用,接近感应功能都会向系统指示门或盖是打开还是关闭的。在许多传统设计中,接近感应功能是通过簧片开关和磁铁或机电开关实现的,当车门或盖关闭时,机电开关会按下。
近年来,固态磁传感器,如Coto的RedRock® TMR磁性传感器已成为一种有吸引力的替代方案。RedRock®TMR磁性传感器具有极低的功耗、极小的封装尺寸和极高的可靠性;与簧片开关和机械开关相比,它们也具有成本竞争力。尽管TMR磁性传感器具有理想的功能和优点,但设计师通常希望保留双线接口,因为它更便宜,或者因为他们不想(或没有自由)将系统接口从双线改为三线。
